It was wonderful to have the vision of being outdoors for this wedding ceremony,
but Mother Nature always has the ultimate plan.
This is why, during our consultation process, we always discuss the options for a rain plan.

The weather was a bit iffy on this Spring day and we  decided
not to chance it, and the ceremony and cocktail reception were set up on the inside of the display Garden at  Pennsylvania Horticultural Center.

Stephen Starr Events had set up the bars and cocktail tables,
lighting and sound was in position by Eventions Productions, the musicians were warming up
and Kathy and the TableArt Team had the chuppah looking beautiful decorated
with blooming dogwood branches inside the greenhouse.

Tuscan Styled

As the bride and groom were having their photographs taken outside, and with 30 minutes left before guests arrival, beautiful streams of sunlight started to break through the grey clouds.
The bride gently requested that the celebration be moved outside.

No time to wastse!

Family Celebration

Celebration Detail

It was all hands on deck.

Kathy gathered the TableArt Team and everyone moved into action to reset the chuppah.
The Stephen Starr crew moved all the bars, cocktail tables and lined up 180 ceremony chairs into two perfectly symetrical aisles. Eventions unplugged and plugged back in lighting and sound elements and the musicians found their place.

The guests arrived with everything in place.

Bride and Groom

It was a gorgeous evening and the bride and groom had a wonderful service outside.

Celebration

A toast from TableArt to an incredible effort from everyone at
Stephen Starr Events and Eventions Productions.

Place Holders

The bride loved turquoise. She wore it to each meeting and on the day of her wedding.
It was clear that teal was to be the featured color for this Tuscan Styled Family Celebration.

Plate Detail

Every detail was thought through.
Carolyn at The Papery did a fantastic job with place cards, table numbers and the
Round menu cards were designed specifically to fit inside the plate and charger.
The final touch; a gathering of aromatic herbs were placed at each guests place setting.

Platters and service pieces were the focal point for each table. TableArt worked closely with
Morgan Bedore at Stephen Starr Events on the design of this unique family style food service.

Food Detail

Dinner

The brides’ love of candlelight inspired the use of these rustic lanterns as centerpieces;
textural succulents accented each table.

Place Setting

apothecary jars

Terrariums designed in stunning oversized apothecary jars looked amazing against the lush tropical enviroment of the Pennsylvania Horticultural Center.
After the guests were seated, the placecard table was converted to a dessert and cookie bar.

Pecan Sandies

The room was stunning, the meal prepared by Stephen Starr Events was amazing and the mood was perfect with lighting by Eventions Productions.
