TableArt and KPW Productions were honored to plan and design two weddings for this incredible family in 2015. Their devolution to exploring creative and unique designs allowed us to design something extraordinary. We planned each wedding to capture and express both daughter’s unique personality, style and priorities. We are blessed to be apart of their lives and look forward to be apart of many more family celebrations in the years to come.
The Union League of Philadelphia is a wonderful venue during the holidays; it is decorated with holiday trees, garlands and twinkling lights creating a unique and undeniable magical environment. The quintessential, classic holiday flair of the historical landmark was the perfect place for our couple’s holiday reception.
The Bride along with her nine attendants started their day sipping champagne and enjoying a bridal breakfast organized by KPW in Rittenhouse Square. The gentlemen of the wedding party relaxed with a few local beers and rounds of corn hole at the League. The formalities began with a traditional catholic mass at the grand Cathedral Basilica of Saint Peter & Paul; the wedding party of twenty-four was cued by KPW Productions ensuring a perfectly choreographed processional.
Guests were transported from the ceremony to the League for the reception. During the cocktail hour, Guests toasted the Newlyweds with the couple’s signature cocktails and crisp champagne. The massive raw bar, one of three stationary hors d’oeuvres, served all the luxuries of the sea.
TableArt created a sophisticated winter wonderland in Lincoln Hall for dinner; dynamic, modern and textural floral designs decorated the dining tables, which were dressed in delicate lace, cream satin, and gold confetti linens. Manzanita tree centerpieces adorned with strands of crystals and white dendrobium orchids reached tall to the ceiling. Textural arrangements of white blooms and soft gray greenery were arranged in glass urns, surrounded by a collection of mercury tapper candles. The sweetheart table was dressed in a champagne sequin linen to add sparkle. Candle light, crystal and glass reflected warm fractured light across the room.
A memorable evening was orchestrated by KPW Productions and captured by our talented friends at Sarah DiCicco Photography and CinemaCake Filmmakers. The indulgent three course dinner feast fueled guests for hours of dancing to the iconic BVTLive’s Jellyroll dance band. The wedding traditions were perfectly choreographed with the band and food service, which gave guests the opportunity to reflect on the love between the couple. After a parade of passed desserts sweetened the evening, the celebration came to an end; marked by Tony Luke’s cheesesteaks and Philadelphia Pretzels butlered on silver trays.
Tremendous thanks to the incredible team of event professionals we had the pleasure of working with on this spectacular celebration.
